Q. How long does delivery usually take?

A. It will take between 2 and 10 days from your artwork approval for your order to be ready for despatch.

Q. How will my parcel be packed?

A. It will be packed safely and securely in sturdy cardboard cartons for large orders and bubble wrap for small parcels.

Q. How much will I be charged for delivery?

A. Our freight charges depend on order size and weight. Please contact us for a delivery quote for your order.

Q. What form of payment do we accept?

A. We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card & Amex. We also accept direct debit into our bank account – please contact us for details 07 5449 8066.

Q. How will my order be delivered?

A. Your order will be delivered to your door mainly using Toll.

Q. What currency is used?

A. All transactions are completed in Australian Dollars.

Q. Where does Laguna Signage Solutions trade?

A. We have customers all over Australia and even send some signs internationally.

Q. Have you got export restrictions?

A. No, we can deliver outside of Australian borders.

Q. Do Prices include GST and Delivery?

A. All prices are plus GST and Delivery. GST will be added throughout the online checkout process. Please contact us regarding delivery charges as this is calculated using measurements and weights of final order.
